THE SPACE Welcome to MoonlightBeachGetaway. A classic beach bungalow located in ideal spot a block to Moonlight Beach & two blocks to downtown Encinitas and the "101 District". Private, sunny patio and decks surround this two bedroom, sunroom with daybed, two bath home. Double car car garage with full laundry. Thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities you need for a San Diego area beach vacation including chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, sand toys, beach towels & outdoor shower for post beach trips.
LIVING ROOM Plenty of seating, remote work desk/charger station, WIFI, 55" Roku TV with 100+ channels and access to all of your streaming apps. (Netflix, Hulu, Max etc.) Family friendly games and books.

SUNROOM at entrance (daybed-no closet)
Quality linens, extra blankets & charger station lamps. Complimentary pack n play, highchair, booster seat available upon request.

Outdoor warm water shower Shampoo/Conditioner/Soaps provided.
KITCHEN Stocked with all you need to cook in, BBQ or order take-out at the multitude of great restaurants nearby. Gas oven/range combo, microwave, fridge with water dispenser/ice maker, dishwasher, coffee maker, french press, toaster oven, selection of spices, cooking oil. We also supply paper goods/trash bags/cleaning supplies.
OUTDOORS Fully fenced & gated patio/deck areas surround this home. Take in the sunsets, read a book, BBQ and enjoy morning coffee or happy hour. Rinse off the sand post beach trips in the warm water outdoor shower on the back patio.
GARAGE Detached two car garage for prime off street parking. Washer/dryer, laundry supplies, beach chairs, umbrella, towels, sand toys & boogie boards provided.
THE BEACH Moonlight Beach is consistently voted “Best Family Beach” in San Diego offering a grass area/play structure, sand volleyball courts, fire pits, concession stand, gear rentals, restrooms & showers. Surf, swim, stroll the beach or just relax in the warm sand. Laid back Southern California beach living at its best!
THE NEIGHBORHOOD The secret charm of this sleepy little beach town is out! MoonlightBeachGetaway is walkable to everything-just two blocks to Coast Hwy 101 with a multitude of gourmet restaurants, coffee houses, brew pubs, shopping, art galleries, yoga studios and day spas. Easy Interstate 5 freeway access. Amtrak Coaster train is nearby for trips to downtown San Diego or points north. Visit San Diego’s Gaslamp Quarter, Seaport Village, Petco Park, Coronado Island, Balboa Park, Scripps Aquarium, Legoland, Botanical Gardens, World Famous San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park to name a few.
NOTES Guest will have exclusive use of the home and fenced yard/patio with two car garage/laundry. There is a separate apartment located above the detached garage. The tenant has their own dedicated entrance, patio and parking space. There are NO shared spaces. This is No Pets/No Smoking or Vaping/No parties or events property. Home is located in a residential neighborhood and you are requested to be respectful of City Ordinance quiet hours from 9 pm-8 am. We are upholding our cancellation policy so please consider third party "cancel for any reason" travel insurance if your plans change. We live locally and make sure the house is clean, well stocked and comfortable. We are available to give you advice on planning your vacation to include all of the great things San Diego County and especially Encinitas has to offer.
